However, I must forewarn anyone who thinks they can thrift store cosplay (looking for bits and pieces that can look like the costume) is far more difficult than anyone expects. THEY HAVE EVERYTHING BUT WHAT YOU WANT. and you'll be there until you say "screw it" and either try elsewhere or buy something that's close enough.
For me, eventually, it was the latter. I have seperate items of clothing, and I'm making it work. ^ ^ it's difficult, though! i had to go to two different thrift stores, the fabric store, three halloween stores, and my shopping is not yet through.
It's worth it, though! my costume is looking better everyday and I look forward to wearing it. ^ ^
